STRAWBERRY BANANA PROTEIN SHAKE


🌸1 1/2 C milk of choice ( I vary unsweetened organic almond milk, soy milk or goats milk)

🌸1 banana cut in chunks

🌸2-3 frozen strawberries

🌸1-2 T raw local honey ( adjust to your preference)

🌸Large spoonful plain Greek Yogurt ( some of my favorites are Chobani plain Greek yogurt or Greek Gods brand)

🌸Regular serving Protein powder (my favorites are Now Sports Pea Protein or Nature’s Plus Keto Living Natural Collagen)

🌸Spoonful Almond Butter unsweetened

🌸Generous sprinkle of ground cinnamon

🥛Blend in blender and enjoy!
