Non of the statements made here are medical advice or made by a physician. They are simply things I have tried and used and must be used with caution and discernment.

As a gentle less radical daily detox, ROOT is a vigorous power house in eradicating toxins and assisting the body to be able to heal itself. I have stayed on the Root Brands ”Clean Slate” daily for over a year after the MMS was finished. I can truly say it has been miraculous in keeping my overall health on track. I took it during my pregnancy and even while nursing. I began giving it to my then 11 year old (now 13) and by the single drop to my newborn around a month and she is over a year now.

My personal link for ROOT is the first link and can be found as well on my affiliations page which will take you to the Root Brands website. “Clean Spirits” is incredible for assisting the liver. The “Restore” is what I love to take during a strenuous detox; it is like a miracle juice box. It’s amazing when used immediately after the protocols in method two for helping the body recover, like an IV bag you can swallow.

About MMS. The only way to go wrong with this stuff is by NOT reading Jim Humbles book on it FIRST. Get a game plan. It helps to write a step by step for yourself and follow the instructions closely. And listen to your body. Don’t give up. That’s when it’s about to get better. The link is for his book to buy the printed copy or digital version is below.

You’ll also see a link for Kv Labs where I get the Bentonite Clay and the MMS. You must get the two step kit. There a lot of options on this site, I recommend using the part a and part b kit the link takes you to, it’s the exact one to use if you’re following Jim Humbles book; as there are no instructions or “this is the one” banners on this website. 

The fourth link is for a cheap place to get the DMSO, you could honestly get it from most any feed store or a tractor supply store. 

For the protocol calling for mms2, I cannot stress enough NOT buying it anywhere but an actual credible pool store; as some brands will have other chemicals mixed in that they are not required by law to disclose. You must be sure to have the pure product and not something that can harm you. I have put the link to the exact product I used. This is eradicating harmful things from your body so it can heal, not introduce new damage.  This is found in Link 5

Also, the MMS May cancel out any pain medication you are on. (Which obviously all other protocols will need to be stopped like the Ivermectin) IN this case, I found CBD oil or Wild Lettuce tea was amazing. Link 6 has where to get pure organic wild lettuce.

Link 7 is the clay as needed in most of the protocols. This is found on KV Labs website as well.

Link 8: This is a good place to buy vegetable based non toxic empty capsules for taking MMS2.

****Also, consider changing your water to filtered water if you use tap or city/bottled water, because it can cause overdose on chlorine etc-this is also mentioned in the book. You will need to add trace minerals once you do this, and something else that assisted in cold/numb extremities and other circulation problems is a liver supplement! I use Heart & Soil a liver supplements (last link gives you 20% off) Or if you prefer to eat liver there’s that too!
